Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and free of pet hair.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
